biography & introduce
Cik. Ain Nurawanis Binti Ahmad Jais (Cik Wanis) graduated from the Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA) in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours.
Cik. Wanis started her pupillage in October 2022 under the guidance of our Managing Partner, Dato’ Lawrence Chiong Sheng Fan and completed her pupillage in July 2023. She was then admitted as the Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2023 in the same year.
During her pupillage with CHIONG & PARTNERS, she was exposed to corporate, general litigations, and conveyancing matters. She is currently primarily as a litigation associate and focuses on representing clients in various commercial and general disputes ranging from debt recovery, contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, defamation, insurance, and probate & estate administration. Besides, she also involves with the property transactions including wills and etc.
She believes success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines practiced daily, and our duty as lawyers is to commit fully to our client’s case.
