Ms. Ku Nuo Qi graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with First-Class Honours from the University of Leicester in 2021 and successfully obtained her Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in 2024.
She completed her pupillage at Messrs. Yeo Ashley & Partners in 2024, where she was actively involved in a broad spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence exercises, corporate restructuring, and regulatory compliance. These experiences honed her analytical and drafting skills, while deepening her understanding of clients’ needs in a dynamic business environment.
Nuo Qi then joined Messrs. CHIONG & PARTNERS as an Advocate & Solicitor. With a strong foundation in both corporate law and compliance, she is dedicated to delivering practical, business-focused legal solutions. Her drive for excellence and growth continues to define her approach to legal practice.
