biography & introduce
Ms. Jaelyn Nyew Xuan Yue graduated from Multimedia University (MMU) in 2023 with a Bachelor of Law (Hons.).
In 2024, she joined CHIONG & PARTNERS as a pupil under the guidance of our Managing Partner, Dato’ Chiong Sheng Fan. After completing her pupillage, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on the 10th of April 2025.
Throughout her pupillage, she worked across three key departments, gaining invaluable experience in conveyancing, corporate law and general litigation. This comprehensive exposure provided her with a broad skill set to approach legal issues from multiple perspectives.
Currently, Ms. Jaelyn practices as a Conveyancing Associate with a particular focus on developer cases and subsale transactions. In addition to her work in conveyancing, Ms. Jaelyn also provides services in drafting last wills, as well as probate and estate administration, offering comprehensive support for clients in these important matters.
Ms. Jaelyn holds the belief that achievement stems from a positive attitude, consistent effort and a commitment to excellence in every endeavor.
