Esther brings a unique blend of expertise in dispute resolution and corporate advisory.

She earned her LL.B (Hons) (First Class) from the University of Hertfordshire, UK in 2014 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2017, followed by admission to the High Court of Sarawak in 2022.

In addition to her legal practice, Esther has held an in-house position with Malaysia’s leading developer, sharpening her ability to navigate complex legal challenges with curiosity and a relentless pursuit of effective solutions. Known for her adaptability and precision, she handles diverse legal matters with a methodical yet client-focused approach, ensuring technical excellence while delivering tailored solutions.

Beyond the brief:

As a Christian, Esther views her legal career as a calling—an opportunity to pursue justice, serve the common good, and uphold truth with integrity. She believes that law is not merely a profession but a vocation through which she can reflect God’s justice and mercy.

Alongside other Areté Delegates, Esther is committed to engaging with precedent-setting cases and matters around the world, defending freedom and advocating for justice in ways that shape societies for the better
