Mr. Sathisilan Ramasamy embarked on his legal journey at the University of Hertfordshire, where he earned his LL.B. (Hons) degree in 2016. He then further specialized in intellectual property law at the University of Leeds, successfully completing his studies in 2017. In 2021, he obtained his Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP).

Demonstrating remarkable dedication to his chosen field, Sathisilan completed his pupillage at Messrs Shahrizat Rashid & Lim in 2022, under the mentorship of Datuk Seri Rajan Navaratnam. Following this, he was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in February 2023. During this time, he honed his legal expertise further, expanding his practice to include civil litigation within the same firm.

In early 2024, Sathisilan joined Messrs Naicker & Associate, focusing on litigation with a particular emphasis on general insurance, including motor, public liability, and contractual all-risk claims. This role provided him with valuable exposure, sharpening his advocacy skills through numerous trials and mediation experiences, where he effectively managed client relations and facilitated settlements.

In February 2025, Sathisilan advanced his career by joining CHIONG & PARTNERS as an Advocate & Solicitor.
