With her successful completion of Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) in the following year, she completed her pupillage in year 2020 under the Chambers of Dato’ Lawrence Chiong.

She continued her legal practise in Messrs Chiong & Partners immediately after her pupilage, she is not only exposed to litigation by handling various civil matters including general litigation, probate, and administration of estates, family matters, etc.

Ms. Tham also managed to gain wide range of experiences in conveyancing and corporate matters, including but not limited to drafting Sale & Purchase Agreement, Tenancy, Trust, Shares Sale Agreement, Shareholders/Partnership Agreements, Settlement Agreement and many more corporate and conveyancing agreements.

In year 2022, Ms. Tham is also Human Resources Development Corporation (HRD Corp)’s Certified Trainer.
