Upon completion of her Bachelor of Laws Degree, Chik Leen was called to the Malaysian Bar on 30 April 2010 as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur. She is a senior member of the Bar with more than 11 years of experience
She started her legal journey as a litigation lawyer and was actively involved in accidents matter disputes, banking litigations and other general litigation matters back then. In 2011, Cik Leen joined CHIONG & PARTNERS as an Associate and expand her area of practice in conveyancing and corporate matters.
Subsequently in 2019 she was offered partnership in our firm to head its conveyancing and corporate departments. Since then, she involves in the various type of corporate and commercial laws, actively represented individual and corporate clients in various types of property transactions including sale and purchase agreements, loan agreements, tenancy and lease agreements, trust deeds, power of attorney, wills and etc.
Among her list of clients are ranging from individuals, foreign individuals, banks, joint management bodies, corporations, developers and etc.
She further has been appointed as Commissioner for Oath (Advocates & Solicitor) by Chief Justice of Federal Court of Malaya effective from 1 February,2022.
To Cik Leen, her client’s interest is always be her utmost priority and she will always strive hard to complete the transaction at her client’s best satisfaction.
